Our Scheduling Policies
Preparation for Appointments
At Beyond the Basics Early Childhood Education Center, we have certain requirements for our clients prior to their appointment arrival. This includes arriving at least 15 minutes early and coming in with a clean face, free of any makeup. By following these guidelines, we can ensure a smooth and efficient appointment process.
Cancellation Policies
To minimize the occurrence of no-shows, we have implemented a cancellation policy at Beyond the Basics. When you book an appointment with us using Acuity Scheduling, you will be asked to agree to this policy. It allows us to better manage our schedule and provide the best possible service to our clients.
Payment Policies
At Beyond the Basics, we want to make sure our clients are well-informed about our payment process. This includes important details such as deposit information, fees related to no-shows, cancellations, or late arrivals, as well as the accepted payment methods. By being transparent about our payment policies, we strive to create a positive and hassle-free experience for all.
